We do this through our years of proven experience, pro-active contact with you, the client, and by making ourselves available for overseeing all related documentation, implementations, transactions and follow-thrus.

The Following are Services provided for an additional fee:

SECTION 125 CAFETERIA PLANS
We provide implementation and administration of the complete benefits program in the form of a Cafeteria Plan. This includes the plan document, administration of the premium only, medical reimbursement accounts, dependent care spending accounts, debit card discrimination testing and preparation of Form 5500 for the Department of Labor (DOL).

COBRA ADMINISTRATION
BPS will provide complete administration for all current and future COBRA participants including notifications, billing and premium remittance.

SELF FUNDING

- Deductibles
We will process and pay self funded claims. We provide reconciliation and monthly and annual reports.

PERSONALIZED EMPLOYEE BENEFIT STATEMENTS
We prepare customized employee statement booklets. The booklets outline the benefits provided by the employer and the cost of these benefits.

PREPARE FORM 5500 FOR THE D.O.L.
